    The Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association Motorsports Committee ~JMS Special Edition~

    Under the slogan "Make Cars Part of Japanese Culture!" proclaimed by Morizo (Akio Toyoda), who assumed the position of Chairman of the Japan Automobile Council, the "Motorsports Committee" has been launched by various organizations that host and oversee motor racing. Morizo and committee members will discuss the appeal of motorsports, the characteristics and highlights of races organized by each organization.

    In the first half, Hirofumi Eda, Chief Vehicle Engineer who played a central role in developing the seventh-generation current model (RZ34) of the Fairlady Z sports car beloved worldwide, will introduce the latest model's design, performance, and evolution in pursuit of driving joy, sharing the struggles and passion of engineers on the development site. In the second half, current owners of successive Z generations will participate in a talk session that transcends the boundaries between manufacturer and owners.

    Nasu Karasuyama City in Tochigi Prefecture, where the Meguro Works factory once stood, has become known as the "Sacred Land of Meguro." The "Meguro Cannonball Nasu Karasuyama" held every autumn attracts many riders from all over the country. This time, over 50 vintage and modern Meguros will gather in the outdoor community zone. On the indoor stage, presentations will be made about the restoration project of the 1949 Meguro early model "Z-type" undertaken by members of the city's chamber of commerce, as well as the city's "Meguro Business" initiatives.
