Information regarding programs other than "Out of KidZania in Japan Mobility Show 2025" and "Japan Mobility Show 2025 with Automotive Journalists (AJAJ)" will be released on October 29th (Wednesday).
Reservations will begin on the same day as the experience, but the specific times and conditions will vary by program. Please check the pages for each exhibitor and program within the official app.

Not only can you buy and book experience tickets,
but you can also transfer them to others.

Purchase Admission Tickets	●Please purchase from the ticket information page. Note: Admission tickets cannot be purchased within the app.
Book an Experience	●You can book a variety of experiences. Note: Booking start times vary for each experience.
Scan Ticket	●You can add your purchased admission tickets to "My Tickets".
My Tickets	●View and manage all your purchased and booked tickets in one place.
Transfer Tickets	●You can transfer your tickets to family and friends. Note: The recipient must also have the official app installed. Note: The transfer will be canceled if not accepted within 48 hours.
Cancel a Ticket	●You can cancel your booked tickets (excluding AJAJ Guided Tours). ●Admission tickets cannot be canceled.
Entering the Venue	●Enter the venue by showing the barcode you added with the "Scan Ticket" feature.
Joining an Experience	●Show your booked ticket to join the experience.

●Enter the verification code sent to your email to complete your registration.
●You will stay logged in for 30 days.
●If you forget your password, you can reset it.
