    Where is the venue?

    When will the show be held?
    The show will be open to the public from Friday, October 31, starting at 13:30, through Sunday, November 9. For more details, please visit the [Outline page].
    What are the opening hours on General Public Days?
    On General Public Days, the show will be open from 10:00 to 19:00 on Mondays through Saturdays and national holidays, and from 10:00 to 18:00 on Sundays.
    On Friday, October 31, the show will be open from 13:30 to 19:00.
    Please note that holders of Early-Entry tickets may enter from 9:00 on their designated day.
    What is an Early Entry ticket?
    On General Public Days falling on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, from 9:00 to 10:00, only visitors holding an Early Entry ticket may enter the show. Early Entry tickets are date-specific, with a limit of 5,000 tickets per day.

    * Visitors from junior high school age and above are required to purchase an Early Entry ticket. Children in elementary school and younger may enter for free when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    * If you are unable to use your ticket on the designated date, you may enter on any other General Public Day from 10:00 onward.

    What is an After-4PM ticket?
    On General Public Days, visitors holding an After-4PM ticket may enter the show after 16:00 on Friday, October 31, Saturday, November 1, and from Monday, November 3 (national holiday) through Saturday, November 8.
    What is Official Ceremony Day?
    Official Ceremony Day is the day when the Opening Ceremony takes place. Only visitors holding an Official Ceremony Day invitation may enter the show.

    * We are not able to accommodate requests for attendance.
    * Special and regular invitation tickets cannot be used for entry.

    What is Special Invitation Day?
    Special Invitation Day is a day when only visitors holding a special invitation ticket may enter.

    What are Press Days?
    Press Days are days reserved exclusively for members of the press whose registration for coverage has been accepted.
    Until what time can I enter?
    Please make sure to enter no later than 10 minutes before closing time.
  • Admission Tickets

    What types of tickets are available?
    Advance tickets, same-day tickets, Early-Entry tickets, After-4PM tickets, and advance group tickets are available. For more information, please visit the [Ticket page].
    Until when can I purchase advance tickets?
    Advance tickets are available for purchase until 23:59 on Thursday, October 30, 2025.
    How can I purchase tickets?
    Tickets may be purchased through the ticketing agencies listed on this website, as well as at convenience stores near you. For more details, please visit the [Ticket page].
    Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
    Tickets will not be available for purchase at the venue. As nearby convenience stores are expected to be crowded, please be sure to purchase your tickets before coming to the show.
    Can I purchase tickets from outside Japan?
    Tickets can be purchased through this website (English version). For more details, please visit the [Ticket page].
    How can I purchase group tickets?
    Groups of 20 or more may purchase tickets through the official travel agency (JTB). For more details, please visit the [Ticket page].

    * Please note that accompanying tour conductors are also required to purchase tickets.

    Is group registration required?
    No registration or additional procedures are necessary.
    Is one ticket required per person per day?
    Each visitor must have one ticket per day. Tickets are valid only on the day of entry.
    If you wish to attend on multiple days, please purchase a ticket for each day.
    I am not sure which day my ticket is valid for.
    Your ticket may be used on any one of the dates printed on it.
    How can I enter the show?
    Regardless of ticket type, please present the QR code or barcode at the entrance gate.
    Is re-entry allowed?
    Re-entry is allowed only on the same day.
    Can someone other than the purchaser use the ticket to enter?
    Yes, someone other than the original purchaser can use the ticket to enter. Please be sure to bring the issued ticket or QR code with you to the venue.
    However, resale or any unauthorized transfer for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
    Do students need tickets?
    On General Public Days, admission is free for high school students and younger.

    * No registration or prior procedure is required. Junior high school students and above must present their student ID at the entrance gate.
    * For entry during the Early-Entry time slot, junior high school students and above are required to purchase an Early-Entry ticket. Children in elementary school and younger may enter for free when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    * Accompanying teachers and tour conductors are required to purchase a ticket.

    I purchased an Early-Entry ticket but can no longer attend on the specified date.
    You may use your ticket on any one of the following General Public Days:
    Friday, October 31 – Sunday, November 9
    Mon–Sat & National Holiday: 10:00 – 19:00
    Sundays: 10:00 – 18:00

    I would like to inquire about an error or other issues related to my purchased ticket.
    Please contact the ticket agency or travel agency from which you purchased your ticket.
    Examples: error messages, uncertainty about whether the purchase was completed, questions about ticket distribution procedures, requests for receipts or invoices, invoice-related matters, etc.
    Can tickets be refunded?
    As a rule, ticket fees are non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued in the event of cancellation due to reasons attributable to the organizer or in other cases where the organizer deems a refund appropriate. Please note that incidental expenses such as travel and accommodation costs cannot be compensated under any circumstances.

    Who receives an Official Ceremony Day invitation?

    We are not able to accommodate requests for invitations.
    Can someone other than the invitee enter?
    Only the invited person may enter.
    Can I use an Official Ceremony Day invitation on a day other than the Official Ceremony Day?

    Strollers are not available for rent. Please bring your own stroller.

    How can I access the venue?

    Are there parking facilities available?
    Due to changes in the surrounding area, the number of available parking spaces has significantly decreased compared to previous years. Heavy congestion is expected on nearby roads and at parking facilities, so we strongly recommend using public transportation. Please note that there is no shuttle bus service between the parking lots and the venue.
    Are there parking facilities for group charter buses?
    Bus pick-up and drop-off is available at the Ariake East Temporary Parking Lot. When leaving after drop-off, please follow the instructions of the security staff.
    Parking is also available (4,000 JPY per use), but the number of spaces is limited. If the lot is full, please consider parking at nearby parking facilities.
    Are there bicycle parking facilities?
    Yes, bicycle parking is available. Please use the parking area set up in the Tokyo Big Sight Garden.
    Can I make a reservation for parking (including group charter buses) or bicycle parking in advance?
    We are not able to accommodate reservations.

    Registration applications are accepted through this website. Please submit your application by Friday, October 17.

    Yes, a press center is available in the Conference Tower. Please use it as a workspace.

    Is there a security check for bags?
    Yes, bag inspections are conducted upon entry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure the safety of all visitors.
    Can I bring my pet to the venue?
    Bringing pets into the venue is not allowed.
    Can I take photos or videos at the venue?
    Photography and video recording are not allowed in areas marked as “No Photography” or on products with a “No Photography” sign. When photographing or recording other visitors, please obtain their prior consent or use blurring/mosaic techniques. You may take photos or videos, post on social media, or livestream as long as you follow these rules and manners. Please note that the organizer is not responsible for any issues arising from photography, video recording, or social media posting.
    When will the Japanese Motor Vehicles Guidebook be released?
    Sales will begin on Wednesday, October 29, at the Japan Mobility Show 2025 venue, at bookstores nationwide, and through online retailers. For more details, please visit the [Guidebook page].
