When knowledge moves, hearts are moved. When hearts are moved, people are moved. And so the economy, and society, begin to move. Through each and every chain reaction, this world is constantly reshaping itself. What drives it forward, we believe, is expectation, will, and the courage to challenge. Let's move. Let's connect. Let's move the future towards what moves us.

Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2026

Industries across the board are transcending traditional boundaries to generate new value in an era of unprecedented collaboration. The automotive industry, too, has been pursuing its transformation into a broader mobility industry, expanding its circle of like-minded partners while placing society and the people who live in it at the center of its efforts to solve challenges and create value. To give further impetus to this momentum, Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2026 has established “Seven MOVEs” as its co-creation topics, based on the idea of expanding the concept of mobility beyond its traditional scope to wider parameters. With those topics serving as a springboard, new challenges and initiatives aimed at moving society forward can be conceived and given shape, going well beyond the simple movement of people and goods.

Key Programs

Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2026 will bring together exhibitor booths from domestic automobile manufacturers, startup companies, universities, research institutions, and established companies pursuing diverse initiatives—all under one roof. Consortia will also exhibit, driving a wide range of encounters. In addition, we offer mechanisms that spark unexpected encounters and a variety of acceleration programs, developing content that creates unprecedented synergies and new value.

Booth Exhibits

To foster co-creation that transcends industry and field boundaries, the venue is organized into four ZONEs based on each exhibitor's content, regardless of whether they are a startup, university, research institution, or established company.
This year, we are also welcoming new exhibits from consortia that serve as hubs for co-creation.

Joint Exhibit by JAMA Member Companies

JAMA member companies come together for a joint exhibition to depict, as one, the future that mobility aims to achieve.
It will showcase initiatives addressing the challenges the mobility industry is working to solve under JAMA's “New Seven Challenges,” presenting the future society we aim for in a way that is easy for visitors to understand.

Details will be announced at a later date.

Future Mobility Forum

A conference program that discusses and shares insights on the future and challenges of mobility from a range of perspectives, aiming to build a rich and inspiring mobility society. It features a special session discussing the future vision the mobility industry aims for and the potential for industry collaboration, alongside business sessions that dig into themes linked to each of the four exhibition ZONEs, concretely illustrating how the development of mobility will change the lives of consumers and communities.

Details will be announced at a later date.

Special Dialogue Session

The special dialogue session, to be held at the Makuhari Messe International Conference Hall on October 13 (Tuesday) from 13:00 to 13:45, will feature an exchange of views between JAMA Chairman Koji SATO and JEITA Chairman Takashi NIINO. Under the theme “Towards Japan's Future Society,” the two chairmen will share their perspectives on the kind of society that advances in mobility and digital technology will bring about, and on strengthening Japan's industrial competitiveness.

Co-Creation Acceleration Promotion Program

A participatory program bringing together a diverse range of players—startups, business companies, research institutions, local governments, and more—to generate new business co-creation that transcends the boundaries of the mobility industry.
Over the four days of the show, we will offer a variety of programs, including an “Input Session” to learn frontline insights and the latest technology and market trends, and a “Workshop” where participants reexamine their own strengths and challenges and explore co-creation possibilities together, alongside a “Short Pitch” and “Reverse Pitch.”
We also make use of post-session networking and Meet-up Box to help turn these encounters into dialogue and business discussions.

  • Workshop

Bring your challenges, and co-create by doing.

A practical, hands-on program that encourages participants to reassess their company's strengths and challenges and clearly articulate “what we can do” and “what we are lacking.” Through dialogue and group work with a diverse range of participants, they combine their respective technologies, assets, and ideas to identify potential co-creation partners and define concrete next steps.

  • Input Session

Shared frontline knowledge as common ground.

Industry frontrunners share the latest trends, technologies, and market insights, aligning participants' baseline knowledge and perspective before they step into co-creation.

  • Short Pitch

Pitch your technology and business, on the spot.

Startups and business companies present their technology, products, and business concepts, leading directly to business discussions and co-creation with interested companies.

  • Reverse Pitch

Business companies present the challenges they want solved.

Business companies disclose their own needs and challenges first, seeking partners who can solve them, a reverse-direction pitch. Starting from the challenge itself leads to highly precise matches.

Meet-up Box

Making co-creation smoother — connecting collaboration online.

An online communication tool paired with real, in-person events at the venue. Combining the two supports continuous matching before, during, and after the show.
